Andrew Biondi is a shareholder and leader of the Litigation Group at Sands Anderson, representing individuals and small to mid-size businesses in creditors' rights, business and intracorporate disputes, and professional liability defense. For over 20 years, he has helped clients navigate contract claims, malpractice defense, business torts, and estate litigation. He earned his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary and his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Richmond in 2002. He is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and various federal courts.
