Amy M. Haines grew up in Mt. Pleasant and earned her BA in History with highest distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She graduated first in her class from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2000. Following a clerkship for the Hon. William L. Howard Sr. at the Court of Appeals, she returned to Charleston to practice with her father in 2002. Her practice areas include real estate, estate planning, probate law, and business formation.
