Attorney John Gross brings over a quarter century of criminal defense experience, trying high-stakes cases across the United States while training the next generation of criminal defense lawyers at top law schools. Recognized for his incisive legal analysis in media and op-eds, he has also served as an expert witness on complex criminal justice issues. He previously served as clinical professor and director of the Public Defender Project at the University of Wisconsin Law School, authoring numerous law review articles on criminal law, procedure, and defense ethics.
