Contact Dan Carman

Dan Carman is a criminal defense attorney based in Lexington, Kentucky. Before entering private practice, he served as a judge advocate in the United States Marine Corps as a Captain, where he worked as both a criminal defense attorney and a prosecutor. He also clerked for the Honorable Jennifer B. Coffman in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. He is admitted to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, federal district courts in Kentucky, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
