Contact Mark Martinez

Mark Martinez is a co-founding attorney at Martinez Immigration Law PLLC. He graduated with honors from Notre Dame Law School and earned his B.A. from Brigham Young University. Early in his legal career, he served as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review, and later worked as a litigation associate. He subsequently served as an Assistant Chief Counsel and Deputy Chief Counsel for ICE, as well as an Associate Counsel for USCIS. He is admitted to practice in Florida and focuses his practice outside of Florida exclusively on immigration matters.
