David Wemhoff is the founder and principal attorney of Wemhoff Law, based in South Bend, Indiana. He represents clients in state and federal courts, focusing on criminal defense, civil litigation, and transactional matters. Mr. Wemhoff holds an Artium Baccalaureatus from the University of Notre Dame, a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, and a Master of Laws in International and Comparative Law from the Indiana University Robert J. McKinney School of Law. He has also taught college-level courses in criminal law and government.
