William K. "Bill" Altman is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and served as Mayor of Wichita Falls from 2002 to 2005. He earned his B.B.A. in 1965 and M.B.A. in 1967 from Texas A&M University, followed by his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1970. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. 5th and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeals, federal district courts in Texas, and all state courts in Texas and Oklahoma.
