William V. Burkett is a Huntsville native and a founding attorney of Alabama Property Estate Law, LLC. He graduated magna cum laude from the Cumberland School of Law before returning to Huntsville to practice law. Growing up working in his family's small business influenced his client-centered approach. He focuses his legal practice on helping North Alabama families and property owners navigate estate planning, wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, and real estate matters with practical guidance.
